Firearms and Gear Orders
All firearm orders are subject to a State and/or Federal background check prior to the actual transfer of the firearm. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know the Federal gun ownership restriction along with their local and State laws. Customer that fail to pass a background check may be eligible for a partial refund. Know before you buy!
Guns By James LLC reserves the right to refuse a firearm transfer at any time, for any reason. If a transfer is refused, a full refund for the firearm(s) will be issued.
FFL Transfer Services
For Northern Colorado residents, purchase a firearm from our store OR elsewhere online and request to use us as your FFL transfer dealer. There is an additional $30 per transfer fee for all firearms. Multiple firearms may be combined into one transfer as long as they comply with State and Federal Laws.
Learn to Shoot
Local to Northern Colorado and new to shooting, no problem. I have taught several new shooters, including my own children, how to safely and responsibly handle firearms and enjoy shooting. For starters, we have multiple .22 caliber firearms to learn with. We will start by handling unloaded firearms in a comfortable space, then move to the range for live fire. Just cover the ammo cost and a small fee. Contact us to schedule a shooting date.
